This instrument uses a swept frequency sound to evaluate the condition of a child's
middle ear. It advises the user whether an ear infection is imminent, the amount of
fluid or pressure present, and tracks the effectiveness of the antibiotics.
Today's state-of-the-art in portable instrument design allowed us to fine tune power
consumption for a two year useful battery life, thereby eliminating the need for
